The following is the information regarding the fees for the conference. Please do not hesitate to contact the conference secretariat if you have any question.
*Please note that no personal cheque is accepted for payment.
Fees
All fees and charges are stated in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). Please click here for currency exchange.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Payment must be accepted by the treasury by the 31st October 2006, otherwise payment will be treated as on-site payment which an additional RM100.00 will be charged for each payment detail i.e. for registration and workshop.
- Accepted Authors however must pay ASAP otherwise your paper will not be be printed in the ACM GRAPHITE2006 proceeding and in the ACM digital library.
- Registration forms submitted to the conference office after 31st October 2006 cannot be processed in time for the conference. If your payment is received after 31st October 2006, you will be asked to repay registration fee at the conference (as on-site payment) and your original payment will be refunded.
- Participants' request for refunds must be received by 15th October 2006. Refunds are subject to an RM400.00 administration fee. Participants who fail to attend (NO-SHOW) and do not notify the conference secretary prior to refund date will be charged the full fee.
- Please visit the accomodation section at GRAPHITE 2006 website once you’re done with the registration and payment and send your booking detail to the secretariat before 10 October 2006.
- However rooms on-site or near the conference venue is limited, please send your booking detail ASAP, once you’re done with registration and full payment
ADDITIONAL NOTE (As of 30th September 2006):
- Please make sure there are no spelling errors, and sender name is written in a proper order due to the stringent process by the BCB Bank (Bumiputra Commerce Berhad) over here.

- For your information, our bank here required the SWIFT CODE, BANK NAME and BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER to process the transaction. Both of these numbers: ABA number and International Bank Account Number (IBAN) are not required because this number is only used for the bank in US and Europe country.

- Please provide us a copy of documents below related to the payment that you made and send it to us immediately by e-mail or fax. This will be easier on our side to trace your transaction. You also need to send the original documents via physical mail to us.

- The payment for GRAPHITE 2006 must be made in FULL AMOUNT in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) excluding other services and charges bank etc . Extra costs are liable by the participants. For the insufficient payment, you may need to top up the balance during the conference. The amount will be informed to you once the transaction is cleared.

- Official receipt will be given after the full payment is received. If you have any special request on issuing the receipt, please let me know on how to assist you.
